Design, engineering, production, sales, order processing, transportation, and on-site installation are all carried out by the company’s own teams.

Growing demand for our products enabled the company to expand rapidly. Alongside its manufacturing operations, the need for specialized design services led to the establishment of a dedicated design division. Supporting and advancing this division required further research and development, which resulted in the establishment of the Research and Development Department in 2001.

This department subsequently published manuals titled “Fundamentals of Auditorium Design,” “Principles of Ergonomics,” “Interior Decoration and Furniture,” and “Educational Facilities.” Rezco then began developing standards for amphitheater and cinema seating. Cooperation with the Iranian National Standards Organization played an important role in this process, ultimately resulting in the registration and public release of Standard No. 5783.

Following the development of these standards, the company designed and manufactured testing equipment to ensure the quality of raw materials and finished seating products. As a result, all seats manufactured by the company are covered by a warranty of more than five years—the minimum period of continuous use specified by the National Standards Organization.

Rezco also established a product health monitoring system based on warranty cards and annual inspections. This initiative made customer care a genuine part of the company’s operations, as demonstrated by the numerous letters of satisfaction received from customers.

Having completed these developments, the company reached a level of quality control that required a more precise system for monitoring incoming materials and daily operations. Rezco therefore implemented a quality management system based on the ISO 9001:2000 international standard in 2003. This achievement made Rezco the first cinema-seat manufacturer in Iran to obtain ISO 9001 certification.

Rezco’s fifty years of experience also enabled it to establish an affiliated company responsible for all of the group’s commercial activities under the name Asia Furniture Development Company. Its commercial achievements include obtaining representation from highly reputable international companies involved in the supply of fabrics, carpets, flooring, wallpaper, and sound-absorbing materials, as well as representation from established Iranian manufacturers of stadium seating, fire-resistant fabrics, and other related products.

By acquiring shares in companies operating in construction, equipment supply, building services, and consulting engineering, Rezco has expanded its ability to provide architectural design, construction, and furnishing services for public, sports, hospitality, office, and assembly spaces, all backed by Rezco’s reliable warranty and a standard worthy of the Iranian name.
